When your pet is missing, time is critical. Our process is fast, structured, and designed to reduce chaos while increasing the chances of a safe recovery.

Start by filling out our Emergency Intake Form. It takes just a few minutes and gives us the critical information needed to move quickly and build a search strategy before we arrive.

We’ll ask for:
• A clear photo of your pet
• Last known location and time seen
• Terrain details (woods, neighborhood, water, etc.)
• Recent sightings
• Your contact information

Don’t worry if you don’t have every detail. Submit what you know — we’ll clarify during our confirmation call.

Once your form is submitted, we contact you to confirm details and assess urgency. During this call, we:
• Confirm exact search boundaries
• Identify hazards and no-go zones
• Evaluate pet behavior patterns
• Determine the best deployment window

In Florida, night searches are often most effective due to improved thermal contrast as temperatures cool. You’ll know exactly what to expect before we arrive. 

Before the drone launches, we conduct a short on-site briefing. This keeps the operation organized and prevents common mistakes that can push a scared pet farther away. We cover:
• What to do if your pet is spotted
• Where family members should stand
• How to reduce noise and stress
• Safety and communication protocol

A structured plan reduces panic and increases effectiveness.

We deploy advanced thermal imaging equipment and run a structured search pattern based on your terrain and your pet’s likely behavior. During the search:
• We scan travel corridors, brush lines, wooded areas, and likely hiding zones
• We provide real-time updates
• If a heat signature is detected, we investigate and attempt visual confirmation

While drone searches significantly increase the odds of locating a missing pet, no search guarantees recovery. Our goal is to locate, confirm, and guide safe retrieval.

At the conclusion of the search, you receive a clear debrief. You’ll know:
• What areas were scanned
• What was observed
• Recommended next steps

Every client receives a structured Post-Search Recovery Plan outlining what to do over the next 12–72 hours.
